As vertical SaaS platforms increasingly become the system of record in their industry, customers look to them for expanded capabilities, including payment and banking tools. Unfortunately most vertical SaaS platforms do not have the in-house expertise or engineering bandwidth to develop a fully embedded fintech suite of tools, and so they typically end up deploying an amalgamation of integrations that are not optimized for customer happiness or maximum revenue. JustiFi solves this challenge by providing vertical SaaS platforms with a full suite of embedded fintech tools that can be deployed to their current customer base.

More and more people are turning to extended reality (XR) as a key tool in the operation and growth of their organizations. However, they face significant hurdles in expanding their operations from early-stage pilots to organization-wide solutions. As people move towards mass XR adoption in the enterprise space, they’re looking for full-fledged solutions to help manage and scale their XR deployments. ManageXR built the solution with their enterprise level management layer for XR devices.

The SpecTrust team built a no-code risk defense layer that sits between a website or app and its users to make sure risk and fraud teams have what they need to spot bad actors. SpecTrust empowers cybercrime fighters to instantly assess high-risk behavior, orchestrate automated assessments and mitigate cybercrime threats before they become losses. Because users never write a line of code, they can respond to evolving attack threats in minutes and accelerate delivery of risk defense roadmaps from years to weeks — all while freeing up their engineers to focus on growth.

The Bbot co-founders, Steve, Luke and Greg, first met as officers and nuclear engineers while stationed at Naval Reactors in Washington, D.C. The three of them worked on instrumentation and control systems for submarines and aircraft carriers. They kept in touch for many years after leaving the Navy, ultimately working together to develop the original Bbot, a ceiling-based robotic delivery system that delivers drinks to tables in restaurants. Today, Bbot offers a robust, configurable solution that helps 500+ restaurants, bars, hotels, cinemas and other hospitality organizations create digital menus and provide contactless ordering and payment from the customer’s smartphone.

Tens of thousands of times a day, customer care teams and contact centers try to help people navigate complex situations — answering insurance questions, scheduling someone with the right physician, fixing a product, etc. Yet those agents typically have to hunt through docs and spreadsheets to find the right information, which leads to errors, slow resolution times and a sub-optimal experience for the customer. Frontline teams crave better tools to translate complex information into clear actions, which is why we’re excited to announce our recent investment in Zingtree.
