Rally portfolio company Qualifi has been acquired by Humanly, alongside Sprockets and HourWork. Together, these category leaders are building a true end-to-end conversational AI hiring platform.
When we first invested in Qualifi, we saw its potential to simplify one of the most time-consuming parts of recruiting through its on-demand phone interview platform. The phone interview is often the biggest bottleneck in hiring, taking weeks to complete and frustrating both recruiters and candidates. Qualifi automates and standardizes this step, helping teams reach more candidates, shorten time-to-hire and reduce bias through structured, consistent interviews.
Joining forces with Humanly marks an important next step in that mission. Humanly’s platform helps companies automate candidate engagement across channels like chat, SMS and email. The integration of Qualifi’s voice-based screening expands Humanly’s capabilities, creating a unified system for sourcing, scheduling and interviewing candidates.
This acquisition reflects a broader shift across the recruiting landscape, as employers adopt AI-driven tools to connect with candidates more efficiently while delivering a better, more human experience at scale.
